Who we are?

We are a group of experienced pizza chefs, bakers, pastry chefs. Call us dough lovers, as we are the ones counting down the minutes and hours to return to the kitchen in the morning to observe the dough evolution from the previous day. We can´t wait to feel it, to ball it, to bake it… From our extensive journey in the industry, we´ve come to realise how neglected the dough is in the pizza industry and that is the reason we created Alldough, because we know all there is to know about pizza dough.
